• Cristina Caparrós, daughter and granddaughter of fishermen. She works on projects to disseminate and diversify the family fishing boats and those associated with it, in order to raise awareness of the culture of fishing, of local, traditional and seasonal fish.
• Papalaye, member of Sindicato Popular de Vendedores Ambulantes.
• Balma Albalat, oceanographer and marine conservator. Apart from participating in research projects, she dedicates to ambient education and scientific outreach.
